Security: We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure information we collect online.

Controlling your personal information: We will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

Returns and Cancellations

Products – Our products such as granola are perishable, so we’re unable to accept returns on coffee. If you have any complaints, feedback or concerns, or if there was an error with your order, please contact us at sarah@copperandcloves.com within 7 days of your purchase. In case of complaints, each case will be assessed on a case by case basis- if we find there was a genuine problem with the product, then we will offer a replacement product or refund.

In-app ordering- If you place an order through our partner delivery apps such as Swiggy, Zomato or Air Menus, and there is a problem with your order,  for example, it is taking too much time or there seem to be missing items, please use the in-app mechanisms to raise a complaint or concern or request a refund. However if you have feedback, a complaint or are unable to resolve the issues through the partner app, please contact us at operations@copperandcloves.com within 24 hours of placing the order, quoting the order number. Each case will be taken on a case by case basis. 

Meal Subscription

General Terms & Conditions of sale 

Copper + Cloves Meal Subscription – To obtain our services, users will be required to subscribe to any of our available subscription packages by registering interest on this website followed by communication from the team. Meal Subscriptions are sold as monthly packages giving you a pre-agreed number of credits that are redeemable against meals or snacks as per the credits listed in the meal subscription menu which will be received each week. The credits are non-transferable to dine-in outlets or delivery platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato. 

Upon subscribing successfully, we will onboard the User using the registered mobile number provided to us and create a What’s App group through which daily communication and information will be given. For all further information and tasks related to the subscription plan, Users can communicate with the Copper and Cloves Wellness Pvt Ltd team through that group via their registered mobile number. The User will be required to fill out weekly forms. 

Payments for monthly or weekly meal subscriptions are billed in advance, and payments must be made upon receipt. Payments can be made via a third-party payment gateway or UPI method. By clicking on the payment link on the website or via the invoice and entering the payment details, the User confirms that the credit or debit card or banking information provided is complete, accurate, and their own. Please check our Privacy Policy. The prices/fees for our services and products as displayed on the website are exclusive of applicable taxes, delivery charges and any transaction fee that may be chargeable by the payment gateway service provider for facilitating the digital transaction. If payment is not received, Copper + Cloves will not send any meals or will cease sending meals if meals have already started. For pending arrears, payment will be sought, and legal action taken if necessary.

Our delivery riders will make best efforts to deliver your orders on time, however there may be occasional delays due to certain external factors beyond our control.

In the event you require our delivery partner to drop your meal or product at the reception / security gate, we won't be responsible for any subsequent misplacement/theft of the meal or product.

In the case of non-delivery of meals due to a mistake or oversight by us, we will carry over that meal to a later date as per your convenience. If for any reason it is not possible to reschedule the meal to another date, we will refund the cost of that meal.

Cancellation policy: If you wish to cancel a meal that was scheduled during the week for any reason, it must be cancelled 24 hours in advance, otherwise it will be considered as a used up of a meal credit. If the meal is cancelled by you, in writing, 24 hours in advance, that meal will be ‘carried over’, effectively extending the live meal subscription period . 

All meals are bought as a monthly package, except for special ‘one week trials’ and ‘special offers’ indicated by us. Customers are encouraged to use up all meals within 30 days of purchase. Meal Subscriptions can be paused due to travel or other plans, but all meals must be used up within 45 days of purchase. After 45 days those meal credits expire and cannot be redeemed any longer. They are not valid for refund or carry over. 

If you are unsatisfied with any meal sent to you via the meal subscription programme, or have any feedback, suggestions or would like to cancel an existing plan, please reach out to us at operations@copperandcloves.com for resolution of your queries and to discuss possible options such as adjustment to recipes/cancellation/refund/credit note.
