India’s biggest wellness festival, Fit Bengaluru is a two day event which aims to increase fitneiss awareness in Bengaluru. The days are packed with sessions like yoga, aerobics, runs, workshops, sessions on mindful eating etc.
Fit Bengaluru curates a series of events that lets people experience different forms of workouts and learn about wellness and nutrition through sessions like mindful eating among others.
